Yoga provides physical, emotional and mental health benefits for people of all ages. It can have a transformative effect on physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
Benefits of Yoga can include improvement of strength, balance and flexibility, pain relief, sleep, mood and stress.
This can be part of your holistic wellness journey within our Vhi 360 Health Centres.
What to expect
Classes suitable for all levels – 6 sessions of 45 minutes in length

Meditation
Help relax and unwind with meditation.
Service
Meditation is a practice that uses a technique, such as mindfulness or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought or activity to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
What to expect
Group aimed at relaxation and stress relief - 6 sessions of 45 minutes in length.

Pilates
Focus on development of core strength.
Services
Pilates is by definition, a system of repetitive exercises performed on a mat or other equipment to promote strength, stability, and flexibility. Pilates exercises focus on the development of core strength.
It is suitable for all ages and levels of ability and fitness.
If you have any health concerns, such as a health condition or an injury, seek advice from a GP or a health professional before starting any exercise programme.

Bring comfortable clothes, a yoga mat and water.
If you have any viral symptoms (including sore throat, runny nose, headache or fever) or unexplained new rash associated with swollen glands or a temperature, please do not walk in to a clinic - call us to make an appointment.
Face masks are no longer required in healthcare settings. However, you are welcome to wear one and in certain circumstances, patients and staff will be required to do so also.

We may ask some screening questions to identify if isolation is required, due to viral symptoms.
A face mask will be provided, if required.
