Important Notice - Fees and Charges
1. Vhi Healthcare does not apply surcharges for subscriptions paid by instalment.
2. We may apply charges where a customer breaches his/her contract during the subscription year. We will seek to cover the amount of the health insurance levy that remains outstanding for the balance of the year calculated on a pro-rata basis and will also charge an administration fee of €50 where a breach of contract occurs.
3. We may charge the full remaining premium where you breach your Vhi Dental contract during the renewal year to cover our administration costs.
