Frequently asked questions
Your policy will automatically renew after 12 months, provided your payment details are up to date. You'll receive renewal information approx. 30 days before your renewal date.
If you want to make changes or cancel your policy, you have a 14-day cooling off period after the renewal date to do so without penalty. After that, your policy renews for another 12 months based on your current cover.
You can do this by logging in to MyVhi and select the 'Check my cover' option.
You will find details of consultants for each area in our Directory of Consultants. This provides the consultants details including their name, speciality and where they practice.
