About our service
Our lines are open 8am - 6pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If you have a medical emergency or urgent medical condition, call 112 or 999.
How it works
Call us
Let us know what you need help with. Once we've taken a brief overview of your concern, we will point you in the right direction.
Assessment
We will review your questions and depending on whether remote care is suitable, may connect you with a nurse.
Guidance
Based on your situation, we will outline what to do next and where to go for the most suitable care service.
If your condition is serious or getting worse, please seek immediate medical attention.
Concerns can be submitted by email (info@vhi360.ie), but responses may be delayed as the inbox is not continuously monitored. Email should not be used for urgent queries.
Note, phone and email advice has limitations; a physical examination or in-person tests may be needed for an accurate diagnosis.
