If you need a little help, here are some tips you may find useful.

I need to change my bank details to continue paying for my policy by Direct Debit.

With your new IBAN and BIC to hand, log in to MyVhi.

  1. Click “View” on the policy you wish to update.
  2. Open the Payment Information section. If you currently pay by Direct Debit, you will see the option to update your payment details.
  3. Select “Update Payment Details” and follow the on-screen instructions to make your change.

Remember, if you pay for more than one policy by Direct Debit, you will need to repeat for each policy. And if you use Snap and Send you will need to update your bank details there too. See Snap and Send section below for help.

I need to change my Credit/Debit Card to continue paying for my MultiTrip policy.

With your new Credit or Debit Card to hand, log in to MyVhi.

  1. Click “View” on your MultiTrip policy.
  2. Open the Payment Information section and you will see the option to update your payment details.
  3. Select “Update Payment Details” and follow the on-screen instructions to make your change.

My old Direct Debit was removed and I would like to set up new bank details to pay for my policy.

With your new IBAN and BIC to hand, log in to MyVhi.

  1. Click “View” on the policy you wish to update.
  2. Locate and open the Payment Information section. If your payment method is partially, or wholly by invoice, you will see the option to sign up for Direct Debit.
  3. Select “Switch to Direct Debit” and follow the on-screen instructions to make your change.

Remember, if you wish to pay for more than one policy by Direct Debit, you will need to repeat for each policy.  And if you use Snap and Send you will need to update your bank details there too. See Snap and Send section below for help.

I need to change my bank details so I can receive Snap and Send payments.

With your new IBAN and BIC to hand, log in to MyVhi.

  1. Select “Claims” and then “Start” on the Snap and Send section.
  2. If you have previously used Snap and Send, you will see the option to “Edit” your bank details. Just select this and follow the on-screen instructions to make your change. 

Alternatively, you can edit your Snap and Send bank details next time you make a Snap and Send claim through the Vhi App.
