Our Screening and Health Check options focus on various aspects of your health. One of our trained advisers will talk you through the package most beneficial to you at your life stage. Please see your Table of Benefits in MyVhi for cover details.

We are excited to announce that our Vhi Medical Centre in Galway is evolving into a Vhi 360 Health Centre. In addition to our valued HealthCheck/Screening and Hospital@Home services, we are adding an Urgent Care Clinic for minor injuries and illnesses.
To facilitate these upgrades, we will temporarily close our Galway facility from mid-August to early 2025. During this period, our HealthCheck/Screening service will transfer to our Vhi 360 Health Centre in Limerick. Alternatively, we can offer you an appointment in one of our other 360 Health Centres in Dublin or Cork.
We appreciate your patience and look forward to welcoming you to our enhanced facility in the West.
Measles and other Viral Symptoms (Mumps / Chickenpox / Flu)
If you think that you or your child has measles, please tell us at the reception desk immediately upon arrival.
Please wear a mask (available at reception desk), practice safe cough etiquette and wash your hands.
If you have any other viral symptoms (including sore throat, runny nose, headache or fever) or unexplained new rash associated with swollen glands or a temperature, please do not walk in to a clinic - call us to make an appointment.

Please note, we only accept contactless payment at this time.
CHECK-IN
We may ask some screening questions to identify if isolation is required, due to viral symptoms.
A face mask will be provided, if required.
Vhi Screening is accredited by Joint Commission International (JCI).
Screening is carried out by qualified and experienced nurses and doctors.
At every stage of the process, we keep you informed of the tests being conducted.
Results are sent directly to you and your GP.
All of the tests performed are based on the latest medical guidelines.
All medical information and screening results are held in the strictest confidence.
