If you are concerned that your child may have any of the following symptoms – sore throat, fever, chills, muscle aches or signs of scarlet fever – a raised rash, please call us before you attend one of our Urgent Care Centres.
If you feel your child is seriously unwell, trust your judgement and call 999 or go to an Emergency Department.

Our aim is to treat you at your earliest convenience and in the right environment. This may be a telephone consultation with one of our urgent care doctors or nurses or treatment at one of our clinics.
Please be aware we are experiencing a high level of demand at this time and offer a walk in service for urgent minor injuries only.
If you have an illness or any viral symptoms (including sore throat, runny nose, headache or fever) please do not walk in to a clinic, please call us to make an appointment.
