About Vhi dermatology

If you need minor surgery or further treatment, you can be referred by AllView to our expert clinical team at Vhi 360 Dermatology Clinic, Carrickmines, Dublin.
Suitable for members aged 14 years and older. You don't need GP referral to book an appointment with AllView.

How it works
You do not need GP referral to access this services, though it is advised to speak to your GP for support and advice.

Your care begins with our partners AllView. You can book an appointment on AllView's booking page.
Scan and diagnosis
To help determine the issue, some imaging or scans will take place in an AllView clinic.
Results
Results and treatment will be discussed on a call with an AllView doctor/nurse.
Referral
If you need minor surgery, or referral for further treatment, you can be referred to Vhi Dermatology Clinic, Carrickmines, Dublin.

Your dermatology care begins with our partner's AllView. AllView has five clinics across the country so you can select the one closest to you.

Your GP can refer you to a dermatologist of your choice. Our Directory of Consultants' lists Vhi approved dermatologists.
Costs and cover
AllView
- Cost: €299 is paid in full by all Vhi members to AllView.
- Claims: part of the care may include a consultation with a Consultant Dermatologist. You can claim some of the cost back under 'consultant visits', if this is included on your plan. Simply Snap and Send your receipt to us.
Follow-up minor surgery or medical consultation in Carrickmines, if needed:
- Cover: many plans provide 100% cover. Check your Table of Benefits in MyVhi.
- Excess: typically €50/€75.
- Follow-up: check your benefits. Many plans provide 100% cover for a specific number of follow-up visits.
