Fractures/dislocations.

Call our Clinical Call Centre to book an appointment. Have your policy number to hand.
An initial assessment takes place with a nurse. You are then seen by a clinician.
X-rays and scans are scheduled, if required.
Treatment is specific to each member's needs. A follow-up appointment is scheduled, if needed.

Cover: many of our plans offer full cover for an initial visit, with an excess. Note, not all plans provide cover for this service.
Excess: usually €50/€75 depending on your cover.
Follow-up visits: should you be referred for additional visits with a consultant or specialist-led care, a co-payment or full fee may apply, depending on your cover.

If you think that you or your child may have measles, mumps, chickenpox or flu, please tell us at reception on arrival.
