About our service

  • A consultant-led clinic providing specialist care to adults and children aged 14 years and over. 
  • Run by specialist doctors experienced in sports, musculoskeletal and exercise-related injuries. Care is tailored to the specific type of injury or pain you're experiencing.
  • Integrated care: access diagnotics, specialist assessment and follow-up care with us so it's simple and easy to manage your recovery.

We treat

Ongoing injuries or pain often related to foot, ankle, knee, thigh, hip, spine, shoulder, elbow, forearm, wrist or hand, focusing on:

  • Joints.

  • Ligaments.

  • Muscles.

  • Tendons.

We don't treat

  • Fractures/dislocations.

  • Chronic pain.

  • Rheumatological conditions.

How it works

Start

Call our Clinical Call Centre to book an appointment. Have your policy number to hand.

Assessment

An initial assessment takes place with a nurse. You are then seen by a clinician. 

Scans and diagnostics

X-rays and scans are scheduled, if required.

Treatment

Treatment is specific to each member's needs. A follow-up appointment is scheduled, if needed.

Costs and cover

Cover: many of our plans offer full cover for an initial visit, with an excess. Note, not all plans provide cover for this service.

Excess: usually €50/€75 depending on your cover.

Follow-up visits: should you be referred for additional visits with a consultant or specialist-led care, a co-payment or full fee may apply, depending on your cover.

Specialist Consultant

Led by Dr. Michael Ryan, a consultant sports medicine physician and lead for musculoskeletal medicine in Vhi 360 Health Centre, Carrickmines. 

Physiotherapist

Specialises in restoring movement and function for those with musculoskeletal injury or pain.

Hand Therapist

A therapist who specialises in conditions affecting the hand, wrist and forearm. 

Podiatrist

A health care professional who specialises in conditions related to the foot. 

Health Coach

Aims to empower you to make and sustain positive lifestyle changes to reach health goals. 

If attending the clinic, be advised of the following: 

If you think that you or your child may have measles, mumps, chickenpox or flu, please tell us at reception on arrival.  

For the safety of all patients and staff, we ask that you wear a mask (available at reception), practice safe cough etiquette and wash your hands.

If you have any other viral symptoms (including sore throat, runny nose, headache or fever) or unexplained new rash associated with swollen glands or a temperature, please do not walk in to a clinic - call us to make an appointment.
